What would you like our readers to know about your business? I work for my clients based on their individual needs. My business is all about them, and I strive to improve with every transaction as I continue to learn with my clients and the changing aspects of my duties as an agent.
What sets your business apart from others in the same field? 1. I have the ability to adapt to each of my clients. My sensitivity to their personal needs and my willingness to work long hours and accommodate my schedule for my clients sets me apart.
2. Making it a priority to respect and build strong relationships with fellow realtors. Our profession is a reflection of us as a group.
What do you like best about what you do? I love what I
do because in the real estate business it’s generally a time
in people’s lives when they are experiencing change — whether it’s a farmer retiring to be on
the beach, a military family relocating, or first-time home buyers putting down roots in their home town. It’s a process where they seek guidance from me based on my knowledge,
experience and willingness to become part of their lives and fully understand what those needs are. I love that I get
to form forever relationships and guide my clients in their journey.
As a child, what did you dream of becoming when you grew up? I remember growing up, and after losing my parents, thinking I can be the best at anything if
I just work as hard as them in any career path I choose. If you put all your heart and passion into your family and work your success will follow.
Tell us about one valuable lesson you learned along the way: To always continue to learn and educate myself about our industry.
Is there anything you would change to make the Coast better? We can always improve but I do believe we are growing and expanding at a perfect rate. The MGM Park, the rebirth of new restaurants and increased home sales are all positive changes. I think we are in a wonderful area for retirees, and I hope we continue to grow for all ages.
