Rebeca Fairley is the woman behind the fabulous Gulfport boutique, Panache Apparel and Accessories. Panache is a ladies’ boutique that offers quality and unique products that include jewelry, clothing, shoes, handbags, candles, and much more. For Rebeca, the best part of her job is helping women feel good about themselves and their purchase. Helping customers find the perfect gift, flattering and fashionable outfit, or the right piece of sparkle to add to their wardrobe makes it all worth it for this successful shop owner. When asked what she feels sets Panache
apart from other shops in the same field,
she had this to say, “I come from a long line of retail, and what I have found to be most important is customer service is key. A shop has nothing without people who can help them find and care for their needs. My ladies and I have a passion for Panache and our customers.” After dreaming of becoming
a strong, hardworking, independent role model for other women, and then changing majors at USM, Rebeca finally found Fashion Merchandising at USM’s Business College. It was a perfect fit! She graduated in 2005, and soon after Panache was born.
Throughout her career she has hoped to encourage others to reach for their dreams, because she is living hers. If there is one valuable lesson that Rebeca has learned along her way, it is that change is constant. Fashion changes daily and her customers are the real buyers, so she must listen to their needs.
