We are a full service real estate company. We list, sell and specialize in property management. We understand how significant and personal real estate investments are and we are committed to providing quality results for each client.
What do you like best about what you do? I enjoy helping clients find what they’ve been looking for. It’s a Quest; a Journey. Yes...stressful at times, but very rewarding in the end.
What sets your business apart from others in the same field? Our property management division is constantly keeping up with new technology to better enhance the
service we provide to our clients. We pay owners by direct deposit and offer owner and tenant online portals with access to their monthly statements, invoices, maintenance request and the ability for them to pay their accounts online.
One of the things we love is that by renting from us, tenants can build credit. We report all rent payments to the credit bureau.
Tell us about one valuable lesson you learned along the way: Never under estimate your clients. You’ll be surprised at the projects they may be willing to take on or the property they actually end up choosing
to buy. Do not leave any stone unturned. Just when you think they won’t be interested... it just might be the house they can’t live without.
