What would you like our readers to know about your business? I started my event planning business August 2005 in Atlanta, Georgia. After getting married and moving to The Mississippi Gulf Coast, I wanted to continue doing a job that is fun and something I truly love. Southern Charm Events of-
fer special event planning, consulting, and coordinating services. We specialize in weddings, fundraising, cor- porate, and private events. At Southern Charm Events, we strive to be the best choice for our clients by helping to ease the burden of event planning.

What do you like best about what you do? I have always loved a get-together; with
my family especially. I was always the one planning family holiday dinners
and birthday celebrations. During these celebrations, I noticed how happy everyone attending seemed, the laughter and the smiles were priceless.
It’s the same working with my clients. In the past most of my clients have been brides. My initial contact is usually over the phone. When I meet a bride for the first time, she is happy and excited about getting married and planning her dream wedding. The
day of the event, not only is the bride-to-be smiling and happy but everyone attending is all smiles as well.
What I like best about what I do is simple, to plan happy memories, such as weddings and birthday celebrations. Special events where family and friends come together and enjoy themselves.
