Meet Amy Parker. “Skin health and beauty is my passion and intrigues me,” Amy Parker says. She had a career in medical specialty practices before becoming an aesthetician. “At age 40 I decided to take the leap and return to college to receive my State Board License in Aesthetics.”
Parker is grateful to work in a eld that touches peo- ples lives in positive ways by helping them look and feel better. “It’s a very emotionally rewarding profession.”
She honors military discounts in the o ce and gives back to the community by choosing an organization each year to receive a portion of product proceeds from the annual open house events and is an active member of Costumes for a Cause.
Born at Memorial Hospital in Gulfport, Parker enjoys shing, painting canvases, interior decorating, and helping x things around the house – actually being hands on and getting her hands dirty.
“Whether in my career or personal life, honesty is
the greatest gift I can give someone. There are times someone feels they need certain treatments, some dras- tic and intense, when they only needed a simpler, less invasive route to achieve results,” she says.
Parker and husband Greg are empty nesters but spend a lot of their time with family.
