Jesse Hill, also known as “The Coastal Crooner,” is the owner of not one, but two businesses. By day, he runs HillTree Marketing which is operated by seven professionals with the goal of helping local, Mississippi Gulf Coast businesses in creating content and digital marketing. By night (and some days), he is a performer, singing at casinos along the Coast. Currently, he performs every Thursday night at Hotel Legends in Biloxi, along with Saturday nights and Sunday mornings at the Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort.
His main inspirations to get into this area of business? “My father’s band COAST, and my love for music and the casino industry,” he describes. “I love meeting people and sharing vintage sounds with old and new generations.”
Hill is a Gulf Coast native. His favorite thing about the area is the kindness of people and the diversity of cultures – and the similarities found in them. “We are a true melting pot, and it works,” he says. With so much love for the Coast, he and his businesses also love to give back
to many local non-pro ts like schools, churches, and other small businesses who need awareness for their worthy causes.
Hill is married to “the greatest person in the world,” his wife, Stephanie. Together, the couple has one charismatic daughter, Amelia Fay, and another child on the way. He is also thankful to his parents, sisters, and extended family for helping to shape him into the person he is today. Jesse Hill Music
