vegetables, au jus and
horseradish cream sauce. The holiday
meal is available for lunch, 11 a.m. to 2
p.m., and for dinner, 4 p.m. to 11 p.m.
The Buffet has brunch and dinner
specials on the menu Sept. 5-6. At
brunch, in addition to the regular
menu offerings, enjoy a brioche French
toast action station with a choice of
toppings, including caramelized banana
and walnuts, or raspberry-stuffed French
toast.
And at dinner, The Buffet features
herb-crusted prime rib, spicy shrimp
boil, NOLA barbecue shrimp and grilled
sirloin, along with specialty dessert
offerings of strawberry tres leches, peach
pie, apple crisp, lemon gooey bars and
bananas Foster.
Guests can enhance their dining
experience with special cocktails, beers,
frozen daiquiris with a souvenir cup
and wine by the glass or bottle.
The Buffet is open 8 a.m. to
9:30 p.m. on Sept. 5 and until
9 p.m. on Sept. 6. Brunch is
available from 8 to 10 a.m., and
the holiday menu starts at 10 a.m.
Brunch is $32.99 for adults and $19.99
for children. The holiday menu is $34.99
for adults and $25.99 for children.
Treasure Bay
At Treasure Bay, two holiday specials
can be found at Agua, Labor Day
Weekend. Enjoy 20% off baskets and
burgers, plus there will be $8 Long
Island Iced Teas, the ultimate poolside
refresher. These specials will be available
Friday through Monday, Sept. 4-7, 10
a.m. to 8 p.m. Agua is located on the
upper level of the pool deck.
Plus, live entertainment poolside
takes place Sept. 5 with local favorite
Anderson Domingues performing from
2 to 6 p.m. The pool terrace is located
directly behind the hotel tower.

pork burnt ends patty melt ($20) with
tender smoked pork burnt ends with
caramelized onions and smoked Gouda
cheese on toasted sourdough bread with
a barbecue comeback sauce served with
crispy onion rings.
Fresh sweet peach pie ($15) is
available for dessert.
The Labor Day special menu in
Scarlet’s Steaks & Seafood includes an
8-ounce Dynamite Lobster Tail ($42)
tossed in Dynamite sauce; Biloxi braised
short rib ($63), a Barq’s root beer-
braised boneless short rib with grilled
Gulf white shrimp and Grit Girl rice
grits; plus fish and chips ($49) with
Gulf flounder and fresh cut fries served
with house dill tartar and Tito’s cocktail
sauce. Dessert is bourbon peach and
pecan bread pudding ($18).
