Hard Rock Biloxi is hosting a special Mother’s Day brunch buffet ($37.99 adults, $27.99 children 12 and under) on May 10. From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., dine on traditional brunch dishes Mom and the family are sure to love. Diners can add snow crab for an additional $21.99.
Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort
At Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort, there are Mother’s Day specials in two restaurants. First, in Scarlet’s Steaks & Seafood, indulge in a smoked salmon board ($35) with pastrami smoked salmon, smoked trout roe, cornichons, capers, roasted red pepper, shaved red onions, garlic aioli and everything crostini. Also available is the filet Michelle ($58), a six-ounce filet mignon with sauteed crawfish tails, jumbo lump crab meat and Bearnaise sauce on a bed of wilted
spinach and Grit Girl grits, and the
lobster fontina omelet ($38) with
lobster meat, fontina cheese with
choice of breakfast potatoes or grits.
Under the Oak Cafe has jumbo
lump crab cakes ($28) with tri-
colored bell peppers and roasted garlic
remoulade, and Gulf shrimp scampi topped
filet mignon ($55) with roasted carrots and Grit Girl grits.
For dessert at both restaurants, enjoy a slice of almond- flavored Chantilly cake ($18) layered with mascarpone cream and fresh berries.

Ameristar Casino Hotel has a special Mother’s Day family brunch in the Heritage Buffet. The buffet, featuring holiday favorites from salad to desserts, is open 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and is open to the public. Family members under 21 are welcome this day.
Magnolia Bluffs Casino
Playmakers Sportsbook Bar & Grill has a Mother’s Day special. Located in Magnolia Bluffs Casino, the restaurant gives guests their choice of grilled salmon or herb-roasted chicken ($25) with mashed potatoes, asparagus, garlic-herb butter shrimp and French-style cheesecake. Top it off with a strawberry “mom-osa” ($5).
