Hollywood announces all-you-can-eat crab legs and Seaside Supper
TUNICA — Fans of crab legs, seafood, and fish in general will rejoice! Fairbanks Steak House at Hollywood Casino Tunica already has a lot to offer diners, but the restaurant has added to its offerings with all-you-can-eat crab legs on Thursdays in July and a new Seaside Supper: A Freshwater Experience on Fridays.

Salads include a garden salad with mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, and red onions; the classic wedge with crisp iceberg, blue cheese crumbles, applewood- smoked bacon, shaved red onions, diced tomatoes, and blue cheese dressing; or a traditional or grilled Caesar with romaine, anchovies, shaved parmesan, and Caesar dressing.
Soups feature steak chili with roasted prime rib, cannellini beans, and roasted tomatoes; the chef’s seasonal soup; and the signature onion soup with caramelized onions, beef broth,

On Sundays, the brunch menu offers such enticing selections as biscuits and gravy; shrimp and grits with six grilled shrimp over stone-ground grits in Cajun cream sauce; chicken and waffles with hand-breaded tenders and warm maple syrup; steak and eggs with two filets and breakfast potatoes; and country fried steak and eggs with gravy.

There are also eggs any style with bacon or sausage and breakfast potatoes; cream cheese stuffed French toast with strawberry topping; and classic sides everyone loves, including bacon, sausage, and biscuits or toast. Note: Menu items are subject to change.
Dinner highlights begin with appetizers including Delta dip with collard greens, bacon, onions, garlic, cream cheese, and mozzarella; a sausage and cheese plate with smoked sausage, cheddar, pepper jack, pepperoncini, and gherkins; and stuffed portobello mushrooms with andouille sausage, three-cheese blend, and fresh herbs.
There is also shrimp cocktail with poached jumbo gulf shrimp and zesty lime cocktail sauce; spicy BBQ shrimp and grits with grilled gulf shrimp and cheesy grits; pan-seared sea scallops with butter caper sauce; and oysters Rockefeller topped with collard greens, bacon, mozzarella, and hollandaise.
16 oz. New York strip or 14 oz. USDA Prime New York strip; 18 oz. dry-aged ribeye or 20 oz. USDA Prime cowboy ribeye; and Berkshire Kurobuta pork chop with drunken spiced apples.
Steak enhancers offer béarnaise sauce, blue cheese sauce, garlic herb butter, sautéed onions or mushrooms, crab Oscar with lump crab meat, asparagus, and hollandaise, or jumbo gulf shrimp grilled or fried.
Sides include baked russet or sweet potato, garlic mashed potatoes, steak fries, baked or lobster mac and cheese, steamed broccoli with cheese sauce, grilled asparagus, fried Brussels sprouts with applewood-smoked bacon, and creamed corn.
Dinner service runs from 5 to 10 p.m. on Thursdays and Fridays and from 4 to 10 p.m. on Saturdays. Brunch is served from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sundays.
