Meet Todd Trenchard. Todd Trenchard is a very familiar face in Coastal Mississippi and is the Executive Director of the Bacot McCarty Foundation.
Trenchard previously worked as a senior vice president
for Merchants & Marine Bank and proudly promotes the Home of Grace as a graduate of the program who will
soon celebrate 23 years of sobriety. He founded and runs
the Trinity Recovery House and is heavily involved in the community. He has served as chairman of the Salvation Army, Habitat for Humanity, Boys & Girls Clubs and Jackson County Chamber of Commerce, as well as president of the Pascagoula Rotary Club. He’s been vice chairman of the Gulf Coast YMCA and was the founder of Rebuild Jackson County.
Trenchard currently serves on the board of the Gulf Coast Community College Foundation and Lighthouse Academy for Dyslexia and is active with nonpro ts across the Coast. He is the catalyst of The Jolly Golf Classic and has hosted a weekly television show for the past 17 years.
An alumnus of Leadership Jackson County, Leadership Mississippi and the Business Council Master’s Leadership Class, he has been honored as one of South Mississippi’s Top Community Leaders. An avid LSU fan, Trenchard is the proud father of three Pugs: Fred, Frank and Ralph, and two English Bulldogs named Molly and Dolly. His favorite restaurant is Bozo’s and he’s never met a stranger.
