Face of Gulf Coast Training and Education Services
Authentic. Advocate. Optimist. These are just a few of the words one might use to describe Sheila Farr of Gulf Coast Training & Education Services, LLC. After working in human resources for more than 20 years, providing these services to small business was her natural next step.
In addition to being committed to the success of her clients, Farr volunteers as a literacy coach and yoga instructor in her community and is the founder of the Biloxi Reads! Initiative. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, practic- ing yoga, kayaking and traveling. Her favorite destination? Alaska.

Adam and Mary Flinchum are the owners of Cof- fee Fusion Bubble Tea Café and Boba & Beanz, and they know their boba. The Flinchums are a family-oriented couple who love what they do. Adam and Mary have been married for eight years and have six daughters, seven grandchildren and “an extended family that you wouldn’t believe,” laughed Adam.
Their goal is to make a di erence in other people’s lives, whether it’s by serving them great food and drinks or giv- ing them a good place to hang out or work. In their spare time, they like to travel, hike, bicycle, paddleboard and kayak, and are preparing to become sailing certi ed.
