It all started when Fernando Martinez and Stephanie Sultzbaugh entered a Spice & Tea Merchants store in Breckinridge, Colorado. There, the two fell in love with the quality and assortment of spices and decided to pursue a franchise of their own.
Today, Spice & Tea Merchants of Ocean Springs is making fresh, high quality herbs, spices and teas accessible, right here in Coastal Mississippi. Martinez and Sultzbaugh are passionate about what they do, and enjoy learning about the the health bene ts of their products and passing that information along to their customers.
The two are proud to support local fundraisers and community events with sales, military discounts and donations whenever they can.

Meet Glenn F. Mattina Jr. Mattina’s family has been in the entertainment industry ve decades, and he started working in the business at age 17. He likes meeting and entertaining thousands of people each year, which he’s done for more than 25 years.
He was born in Biloxi and especially likes the spirit of the people and the endless opportunities here. He thinks his close friends would describe him as someone who never gives up and is extremely passionate about life and business while staying loyal to friends.
“The ability of overcoming life’s ups and downs while growing up in Biloxi during the seventies and eighties – I want to write a book one day; it will be very interesting,” he says.
His family includes wife, Jessica, mother, Patricia Mattina, brother, niece, nephew and grand baby. “They give my life a sense of worth.”
