Meet Chase Desporte. Biloxi native Chase Desporte found his calling while still in high school and now he’s the owner/CEO of a commercial and residential landscaping business.
“In the summers I did various tasks such as mulching, weed- ing, sod installation and planting,” he says. “I enjoyed it so much I wanted to make a career of it, and I now work for several production and custom home builders with a great working relationship.”
Watching the entire process from start to nish is what he loves most about his work. “I enjoy seeing the nal product and the reaction on home owners’ faces when they see the outdoor beauty of the home they’ve just built. What I do is what the public will see.”
Desporte has always loved to build and create things; move earth around and make order and beauty out of something others may have overlooked or underestimated. “I love the unexpected, and I love creating what others will enjoy.”
When not working, he likes to sh, hunt, ride ATVs and spend time with his dog, Maverick, who is usually in the truck with him on all jobs.
