Promotions At Isle Lula
Three promo- tions were recently announced at Isle
of Capri Lula. Carl Reed (left), an Isle
employee since March 2000, was named director of operations/ sports betting. Virginia Lowell (center) was named regional vice president of finance. She has been with the company since July 2020. And, an employee since May 1999, Michael Nix (right) was named director of marketing IT.

BILOXI — Hard Rock Casino & Hotel Biloxi announced a couple of recent promotions. Pam Jones was promoted to

director and
Katherine Au
was promoted to
director of internal
marketing.

In her role as human resources director, Jones will coordinate implementation of services, policies, and programs, serve on the executive management team and assist and advise company managers about human resources issues.
Jones has a business management degree from South Alabama and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Troy State.

Coast. Coming to Golden Nugget from an executive chef post at Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort, he has also served as executive chef at Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Biloxi, and assistant executive chef at IP Casino Resort Spa.
Recognized for his comprehensive knowledge of local, international, and continental cuisine, Rametta has
an innovative approach and passion for the culinary and hospitality industries, all while showcasing a fresh and exciting twist on food. The award-winning chef is certified by the Professional Chef Association as an executive chef and by the Academy of Ice Carving and Design as a professional ice carver.
Pittman’s professional cooking experience began at The Tiki Restaurant and over his 20-year career he has worked at many local restaurants, including The Deck and Fisherman’s Wharf, where he gained
