Labor Day weekend full of events
MISSISSIPPI — Labor Day is always the first Monday in September, and this year that
Sept. 4. Many of your favorite casinos are celebrating Labor Day all weekend long — starting Friday, Sept. 1, with extra points, food specials and giveaways. This Federal holiday marks the end of the summer season.
And to help start the Labor
Day weekend with a bang, Harrah’s Gulf Coast is hosting a Labor Day fireworks show on Sept. 1, starting at 9 p.m. Guests are encouraged to visit the Great Lawn, across the street from Harrah’s, to enjoy the show.
