Sandbar Grill & Café at WaterView Casino
The Sandbar Grill & Café is now open at WaterView Casino Hotel
in Vicksburg. The café features breakfast favorites, wings, burgers, Southern Blue Plate specials and more. Order at one of the convenient kiosks or use the link on the casino’s mobile app to order from anywhere. Next door to the cafe is the Sandbar Grill, which offers a dining experience to savor. Steaks, seafood, pasta, gumbo and salads can be enjoyed — and don’t forget dessert. Plus, Key City beers brewed in Vicksburg can be found on tap. The Sandbar Café is open daily, while the Grill is open Thursday through Sunday.
In Under the Oak Cafe, Mother’s Day specials include fresh fried filet of snapper ($35) topped with sautéed spinach, Gulf shrimp and sundried tomato cream sauce served on a bed of vegetable orzo and for dessert (or, really, any time) there is the white chocolate and strawberry mousse cake ($10) topped with fresh whipped cream.

Make Mother’s Day memorable with several dining specials at Island View Casino Resorts. All guests must be 21 or older.
The Buffet will feature a feast fit for a queen, including crab and butternut squash soup; spinach, strawberry and mandarin orange salad with balsamic vinaigrette; large peel-and-eat Gulf shrimp; ham and cheese omelets topped with hollandaise sauce and asparagus tips; bananas foster French
toast; praline pecan-topped sweet potato casserole; shepherd’s pie; carved flank steak of beef; sliced lamb roast with roasted onions and mint jelly; orange chicken with spring vegetables; chicken, shrimp and crawfish jambalaya; sweet-and-sour
glazed salmon, as well as all the traditional favorites from the Asian, Southern, and Italian stations.
And for the finale, don’t
forget the house-made gelatos,
custards and ice creams from
the area’s largest dessert bar. The Buffet’s Mother’s Day menu ($21.99) will be available from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
C&G Grille will also mark the special day with a bountiful brunch and dinner. The meal will begin with a choice of Caesar salad, green salad with choice of dressing or
shrimp and crab bisque. Choose an entrée of either grilled petite filet mignon with royal red shrimp or the bourbon-glazed char- grilled salmon, both served with asparagus
and rice pilaf. Last, but not least, there is Cotton Blues’ strawberry
swirl cheesecake for dessert.
The Mother’s Day menu ($28) will be served from 10:30 a.m. to
9 p.m.
Dockside Deli, located in
Beach View Casino, will have a special Mother’s Day menu beginning with a choice of seafood gumbo, house salad or poached shrimp
with fennel citrus salad.
