Casino dining on Easter Day
‘Eggstra’ special holiday meals being prepared
MISSISSIPPI — Hop to it — you don’t want to miss the casino dining specials being offered on Easter Sunday. Chefs are working hard on brunch favorites, lunch specialties and dinner menus to make the day “eggstra” special for all.
Unless indicated, all specials are served on Easter. For those restaurants needing reservations, better act quick like a bunny. Easter is Sunday, April 5.
Scarlet Pearl Casino
Two restaurants have Easter specials at Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort. In Scarlet’s Steaks & Seafood, Sunday brunch has the soft shell crab Benedict ($38) with two deep-fried soft shell blue crabs topped with poached eggs with hollandaise and grilled asparagus. There is also the lamb lollipops ($59) with marinated Colorado lamb accompanied by Meyer lemon and feta couscous.
In Under the Oak Cafe, indulge in the Easter ham platter ($33) with sliced roasted ham, Parmesan-roasted potatoes, macaroni and cheese, spring carrots and hericots verts.
For dessert, coconut cake ($13) with vanilla and coconut cream filling is available.
Hard Rock Biloxi
Hard Rock Biloxi is hosting a special Easter brunch buffet ($37.99 adults, $27.99 children 12 and under) on April 5. From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., dine on traditional holiday favorites — and much more. Diners can add snow crab for an additional $21.99.
Treasure Bay
Enjoy an Easter brunch at Treasure Bay. In the infinity buffet, a special holiday meal featuring smoked brisket, stuffed salmon and carved ham will be served. Plus, indulge in Dungeness and snow crab legs and boiled crawfish along with a variety of breakfast
