VICKSBURG — If dreams of country fried steak and smothered pork chops run through your mind, then head over to WaterView Casino Hotel where the Sandbar Café has Blue Plate specials that turn those dreams into realities. The Sandbar Café features breakfast favorites, burgers, pizza and soups, but it is the daily specials that has players returning again and again.
