Hot summer specials include cool drinks at Wahoo’s Grill
BILOXI — Wahoo’s Poolside Bar & Grill at Palace Casino Resort is open daily through August. Known for its selection of cool drinks, Wahoo’s has weekday specials for guests.
Mondays feature chicken wings served plain, buffalo style or barbecue, and the $12 special includes one draft beer. Shrimp tacos ($15), either fried or blackened, are the Tuesday special and come with a side of tortilla chips and salsa and one house margarita on the rocks.
Shrimp tacos are featured Tuesdays at Wahoo’s Poolside Bar & Grill and boiled shrimp (below) are the Wednesday special.
Two pounds of spicy boiled shrimp ($25) with corn on the cob and potatoes are the
Wednesday special. Served with one draft beer, the shrimp platter is available starting at 4 p.m. while supplies last. And, on Thursdays, dive into a mahi sandwich ($15) cooked blackened, grilled or fried, with lettuce, tomato, red onions and Cajun tartar sauce served on a sourdough bun topped with citrus slaw. This special is served with a glass of Pinot Grigio.
