BILOXI — Bubba Gump Shrimp & Co., located at Golden Nugget Biloxi, is bringing Southern comfort and coastal flavors to the table with the launch of its all-new weekend brunch menu, available Saturday and Sunday, 8 to 11 a.m. The new offerings blend classic breakfast favorites with Bubba Gump’s signature seafood twists, perfect for early risers and brunch lovers alike.
“Our new brunch menu brings together the comfort of Southern breakfast classics and the bold seafood flavors our guests know and love,” said Executive Chef Chris Burnham.
Jenny’s Crab Benny is just one of the features offered as part of the weekend brunch at Bubba Gump Shrimp & Co. inside Golden Nugget Biloxi.
Guests can start their morning with hearty classics like the Skipper’s breakfast platter, featuring three eggs cooked any way, bacon or sausage, grits or hash browns, and a choice of toast or a waffle biscuit with whipped maple butter.
For a bold Southern bite, the shrimp or catfish and grits showcases jumbo shrimp or Mississippi catfish sautéed or fried, paired
with Cajun andouille sausage and finished with Bubba Gump’s signature bourbon sauce over creamy cheese grits.
