Casino chefs cooking up holiday favorites
MISSISSIPPI — Turkey, cornbread dressing, green beans and cranberries are being served for Thanksgiving. Because this is the South, add in seafood gumbo, farm-raised catfish and sweet potato pie. And, because these holiday meals are being prepared by casino chefs, expect carrot souffle casserole, grilled tournedos Oscar and pumpkin mousse. After all, casino chefs have been hard at work making sure guests have the best for their Thanksgiving Day celebrations.
