TUNICA — Gold Strike Casino Resort recently expanded its Collective Kitchens venue with the opening of Jade Noodle Co., a fast-casual Asian dining concept, and has announced a new menu.
The Jade Noodle Co.’s new menu showcases a vibrant array of Vietnamese and Asian-inspired dishes, blending bold flavors with fresh ingredients across its Bánh Mì, Grab & Go, Noodle Soups, and Congee Rice Porridge sections.
In the Bánh Mì section, diners can savor the Pork Belly Bánh Mì (Bánh Mì Thit Ba Chi), featuring a crispy French Vietnamese baguette stuffed with succulent pork belly, spicy mayo, a tangy pickled medley of cucumbers, carrots, and daikon, and finished with fresh cilantro and jalapeño for a zesty kick.
Equally enticing is the Grilled Chicken Bánh Mì (Bánh Mì Ga’ Nu’ong), which swaps pork for tender grilled chicken while maintaining the same vibrant toppings and creamy spicy mayo.
For beef lovers, the Lemongrass Beef Bánh Mì (Bánh Mì Bo Nu’ong) offers grilled lemongrass-marinated beef paired with the signature pickled vegetables, cilantro, and jalapeño, all nestled in a crusty baguette.
For quick bites, the Grab & Go section features Vietnamese Summer Rolls, served two per order, wrapped in delicate rice paper with crisp lettuce, mint, vermicelli noodles, and bean sprouts, accompanied by a rich peanut dipping sauce. These rolls come in three variations: a classic version, one with plump shrimp, or another with tender chicken, perfect for a light, refreshing snack.
