About This Issue
Women keep our world turning—building families, running businesses, and lifting up entire communities. This month, we’re shining a spotlight on the remarkable businesswomen who juggle careers, home life, and community roles with grace, grit, and plenty of heart. Each one adds her own sparkle to the vibrant tapestry of South Mississippi.
Our Women in Business edition celebrates these movers and shakers. Inside, you’ll meet inspiring female leaders from across the Gulf Coast, hear their stories, and get a closer look at their businesses. One of my personal favorites this year? Our feature on women in aviation—fearless female pilots who have smashed glass ceilings and soared into the skies. Their stories moved me just as much as they motivated me, and I think you’ll feel the same.
To kick off the issue, we hosted a lively cover reveal party where we got to laugh, mingle, and celebrate together. The cover showcases seven incredible Women in Business—each from a different field—to represent the diverse, unstoppable women of the Coast. A huge thank you to Gulf Hills Hotel & Resort for hosting the shoot, Ann Marie Walley and the Antonian Salon Glam Squad for on-site hair and makeup, and, of course, our fabulous models who brought so much fun to the day!
