Meet Erin Brown and Jen Guthrie, the dynamic duo behind The Gulf Coast Mom!
Guthrie is a wife and mama of two and Brown is a wife and mama of four. Both come from a similar work background and bring
a combined 20 years of successful digital marketing and social media experience to the table,sowhentheopportunitytocombinetheir love for motherhood and marketing came to them, they couldn’t turn it down. They took over ownership of The Gulf Coast Mom in the summer of 2023 and relaunched the platform with a complete brand overhaul in October of the same year.
“We’ve decided to flip the script on what
it means to parent (and find community) in
a digital world,” says Brown. “As the largest mom community and one of the leading parenting sites in the state, the ultimate goal of The Gulf Coast Mom is to provide a positive and encouraging online space for moms and families across the Coast, while simultaneously being the Gulf Coast’s ultimate family resource.”
Gutherie adds, “Our business and our
work is very much a ministry to us as well
and we are passionate about helping other moms by sharing valuable resources, building community, and highlighting all that the Gulf Coast has to offer. Whether you’re looking for fun weekend activities for the family, searching
