Vicki Niolet, co-owner of Bay Emporium, operates the original Paper Moon full of vintage clothing and eclectic treasures inside the 106-year-old building. In addition, Bay Emporium has 13 different shops featuring antiques, art, furniture, clothing, architectural salvage and jewelry. Future plans for the building include re-opening the upstairs ballroom as additional retail space and a possible entertainment/dining venue.

Pat Inglis brings 26 years of experience to Time After Time where she focuses on bringing
a unique array of antiques, collectibles and home décor. “I carry a variety of furniture from different eras, pottery, quilts and primitives,” she said. “I carry
a line of Swan Creek Candles, burners and melts. These products are 100 percent American soy; clean burning, lead free and intensely fragrant.”
Flair

Since opening May 2014 at Bay Emporium, Flair’s success has allowed owner Amy Covington
to triple the retail space of her fun, eclectic shop, now on the historic building’s second floor. Flair customers may always expect to find antique and vintage treasures; cool gifts like the Perfect Gumbo Spoons; on-trend jewelry; popular retail lines like Snoozies, Dammit Dolls and Peepers; and locally handmade art like the crosses and trees that Covington and fiancé Mack Hudson make from local driftwood. New this year, Flair’s “Rug Room” features dozens of the wildly popular
Mad Mats indoor/outdoor rugs
in a variety of sizes, patterns and colors, all stain, water and sun-resistant.
In-2-Details
If you’re looking for fine antiques, decorative pieces for your home or office or unique items that reflect the nature of the Gulf Coast, you might just find the perfect piece at In-2-Details, located in the lower level of the historic Bay Emporium. Shop owner Susan Peterson, a long time resident of Pass Christian, opened it last November and presently has expanded into two spaces. Being in the wholesale- retail business for many years has provided her with the knowledge of shopping for high quality lines, some of which support greater causes. Come experience the uniqueness and assortment of fine furnishings from contemporary
to traditional with a splash of Grace & Lace women’s clothing,
Jeanne D’Arc Petite Clothing and Ikat patterned items to adorn your table top. You will even find recycled flip-flop door mats and other recycled items made into critters and such.
Voilá! French Inspired Goods
Voilá! French Inspired Goods, owned by Carol Mazara Vaughn, is on the first floor. She has been in business most of her adult
life and is now using her art background and passion for design. The mission of Voilá! French Inspired Goods is to create something beautiful from a discarded, old, neglected piece of sustainable furniture using vintage colors and techniques. The vintage treasures Vaughn creates will not be found anywhere
else. Each piece is handcrafted, making it a one-of-a-kind find and an extra special addition to your home.
