division to a new height,” says Jason Poole, owner of Express. Crystal graduated from Harrison Central and has been a lifelong resident of the Mississippi Gulf Coast. She has equipped many young women early in their careers with the insight to become strong leaders in the business world.
Joy Esqueda, Executive Accounting and Finance Recruiter and mother of three boys, said, “Our team is built off friends of friends and family. Work/Life balance is a tight rope sometimes, and Express understands the importance of spending time with my family, husband, and three children.
Our CEO puts family first and expects, and sometimes demands, that we do the same. This helps me be the mother and wife I need to be
at home and then be the executive leader that I need to be while at work”. Joy spent 15 years at the Beau Rivage before joining the Express team. Joy, along with Kristin Marin, has been pivotal
in building the professional and administrative business at the Express office.
The Women of Express are a team promoting the empowerment of women in the work place and are shining examples of what women in business should be.
