elements that might disrupt a job site, allowing us to curb site waste due to less materials on a job site.
We have opened two new fabrication facilities where we are cold forming our own metal stud framing. Our Ocean Springs location currently has the equipment in place to manufacture metal studs at a width of 6 inch framing and up to 14 gauge. Our Fulton location has the equipment in place to manufacture our own metal studs at widths of 3-5/8 inches and 6 inches that will both roll up to 16 gauge material.
This equipment allows us to have the capability to manufacture unitized assemblies for load bearing and non-load bearing applications, as well as floor joists,
and trusses. We also manufacture pre-finished unitized exterior wall systems in multiple finishes for slab-to-
slab, load bearing, and curtain-wall applications. All of our assemblies are very customizable, and built with ZERO tolerance, shipped to your job site with just-in-time deliveries.
Our Ocean Springs facility is primarily focused on providing customers with prefabricated exterior wall panels that come in a wide array of options, including
studs and sheathing, a waterproofed back-up panel, stucco, an exterior insulated finished system, a metal panel rain screen system and insulated thin brick. This facility also serves as our STO panel affiliate and has for the last six years. This partnership is a tremendous benefit and allows us to serve our customers with the best quality available in our industry.
We are currently in the process of moving and growing our facility on the Gulf Coast. Our new Gulfport area facility will be 60,000 square feet, which will allow us to better service the needs of our customers along the Gulf Coast and throughout the Southeast United States.
Ultimately our goal with these new Off-Site Construction processes is to make a better product for our friends in the architecture firms along with the owner groups and deliver on faster construction schedules for our general contractors.
