HOME westwood district
The air in Florence Gardens is alive with progress. While the neighborhood as a whole offers a serene setting for its inhabitants to enjoy, one district in particular is drawing attention.
The development’s newest neighborhood, the Westwood District,
is buzzing with activity. What sets this district apart from the rest is the lot size.
“Westwood home sites are a third-acre in size and accommodate large one-story homes as well as two-story,” says Vice President and Director of Operations Ryan Goldin. “The lot design features side-load front garages, and generous backyards that allow each owner to custom-create their own private backyard oasis that could include a swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, playhouse, etc.”
Goldin says that the inspiration
behind this district comes straight from homebuyers. Upon their request, Florence Gardens designed this District with traditional backyard living in mind.
Homes in Westwood District are being built by Florence Gardens’ Custom
Home partners Shepard Homes, McGuire Design, Tootle Homes, KSB Contracting and Landon Homes all offering custom design/build services. New to Florence
Gardens is Elliott Homes, offering designs ranging in size from 2000 to 3500 square feet. “Elliott Homes chose two collections from their existing design inventory because they complement
the existing home styles in Florence Gardens.”
With its focus on outdoor living, the Westwood District is ideal for families with children or grandchildren, or homeowners who like a more private setting. Goldin says that the
flexibility of the large backyard is a huge selling point for buyers looking to live in this district.
“Florence Gardens is seeing a
lot of activity right now, with
several spec homes and pre-sold
homes under construction,”
says Goldin. “Plus, Hope Academy will be opening its middle school in the fall and is currently expanding its campus to include a fine arts building. If you haven’t been to Florence Gardens in a while, please come out and see what all the excitement is about.”
