Chad Purdy — Senior V.P. of Sales and Marketing: Chad, aka King Kong of Sales, has been with Express since 2006. Chad has finished in the
top 10 sales reps for the past four years among more than 1000 reps nationwide throughout Express. He studied business at the University of Southern Mississippi. He lives in Pascagoula with his wife Blair and two daughters Caroline and Camille, and dog Champ. Along with being an avid golfer, Chad enjoys working outside in his yard, playing basketball, and swimming with his girls.
Mollie Carraghan —V.P. of Operations: Mollie joined the Express Employment Gulfport team in 2014. She currently works with the owner in back of the house operations, financials, sales, and marketing. Mollie graduated with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism and worked for seven years in the casino industry before Express. She currently resides in Gulfport.
Jared Crocker — Contract and Search Specialist: Jared has been with Express since 2012. He graduated with a degree in Business Management from the University of Southern Mississippi. Jared is a member of our elite Specialized Recruiting Group. Prior to joining Express, Jared sold real estate in Colorado for eight years. He currently resides in Pascagoula with his wife Jeannelle and son Bishop.
Rebecca Elliott Googins — Chief Risk Officer: Rebecca started with Express in 2012. Her role has grown to oversee Risk Management for not only the Gulfport Express Employment Professionals, but also the Hattiesburg, Baton Rouge and Metairie, La., locations and the Auburn, Ala., location. Rebecca earned her degree in Psychology and Sociology. Rebecca lives in Long Beach with her husband Rick and daughter Fiona.
Crystal Townsend — On Site Commercial Supervisor: Crystal joined the Gulfport Express team in 2013. She graduated from MGCCC where she was a Perkette. Prior to Express, she worked in Administrative Hospitality Training roles for 9 years in restaurants along the Coast. She currently lives in Gulfport.
Sarah Saunders — Commercial Recruiter: Sarah joined the Express family in 2010. She is currently an on-site supervisor of the contract, commercial, recruiting, and hiring division. Sarah originally started with Express office in Metairie, Louisiana as a New Account Manager. Sarah currently lives in Bay St. Louis with her son Zander.
