Moss Point is known as the historic River City. It has Live Oaks, beautiful magnolias, draping Spanish moss and magnificent river views that beckon residents and visitors alike to stop and experience a lively mix of natural and cultural amenities along with shopping, dining, historic homes and attractions.
With the October opening of the Pascagoula River Audubon Center, Moss Point will be firmly established as the epicenter of nature based tourism in the region. The city is also home to Pelican Landing, a waterfront conference center just off I-10, and the Old Pallet Mill Welcome Center downtown that businesses, families and friends enjoy for meetings, weddings and reunions.
