Bayview Café’s Chef Chris Roche has been a part of the restaurant industry since before he took his rst steps. His dad and grandpa were cooks in a local restaurant, and his mom’s parents owned a bakery.
Growing up around the restaurant business and being inspired by his family, he said becoming a chef was just a natural progression.
