The menu is sizable, so there is a lot to choose from, but a dish that caught my eye, and proved
to be sensational, was the stir-fried vegetables in a bird’s nest of crunchy noodles. The vegetables were perfectly cooked, and I just love the classic brown sauce that ties everything together so well.
That same brown sauce makes the broccoli and beef a classic Asian dish, and I always recommend it, especially to newcomers. There are no surprises here, just tender broccoli and just as tender beef. There is no need to add condiments, as this dish is seasoned in the kitchen and served just as it should be. Delicious!
Visit Kien Giang with a group of friends and order family style so everyone can get a taste of
all dishes. There is just too much goodness to miss here. The menu selection varies from the simplicity of fried rice to the wonders of roasted quail. A Vietnamese specialty that really should not be missed is the great selection of pork chop dishes. The pork is marinated (shallot, brown sugar, fish sauce, vinegar, and pepper) and then grilled. Wow, if you have never tried this dish, you’re in for a treat.
Make sure to put Kien Giang at the top of your list of great Coast restaurants to visit. You are going to love this place.
