The Greenhouse on Porter primarily serves biscuits and coffee, with the welcome additions of pimento cheese, simple sandwiches and desserts. Daily biscuit specials, which include both a sweet and savory option, have been menu regulars since The Greenhouse opened. The daily special is carefully selected based on current availability
of local items as both Sukiennik and Zenor pride themselves on providing farm to table options
and using locally sourced ingredients. A signature of The Greenhouse is the biscuit “fluff,” a light and frothy topping whose recipe remains a secret. Daily quiche specials, goat cheese cheeseballs, and Zenor’s gluten free carrot cake with dreamsicle cream cheese icing are Greenhouse exclusives
that should definitely be sampled if given the opportunity.
The Greenhouse Biloxi is the result of a mutual desire to grow and evolve menu choices by offering more sandwiches, salads and the newly added, take-home meals. The chicken salad sandwich is fashioned with garam masala spices and served alongside spiced pecans. It is easily one of the
best chicken salad sandwiches you will ever eat. The roasted chicken salad with house made ranch is refreshing and delicious, but you can never go wrong with a simple bacon, egg and gouda biscuit. The take-home meals are the perfect solution to
a quick and easy supper, and it’s no surprise that meals such as homemade meatloaf with mashed potatoes and a carrot and pea medley have quickly become one of the most popular dishes.
Both Sukiennik and Zenor are beyond amazed at the community response that they have received. Having recently celebrated six years in business and the expansion of their storefront to Biloxi, Sukiennik and Zenor credit their success to their hard work, love of people and a loyal customer base. They both emphatically claim that they love snacks and serving up delicious snacks to others
is something they are truly passionate about. Sukiennik and Zenor will continue to explore
