Lee, you were a shining light among all who were blessed to cross your path. Your character exempli ed honesty, integrity, trustworthiness, and generosity, encapsulated in a sweet spirit. You enriched the lives of countless individuals, including many people you never met.
You challenged us to love the Lord by loving others. You encouraged us to memorize scripture, often ready with the perfect verse for any circumstance.
Thank you for the love and joy you brought into our lives. You were a great man and a wonderful friend. May we all strive to have a closer walk with the Lord because of your faithful example. Until we meet again.
One of Lee’s favorite verses was Ephesians 4:32.
“Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.”
Matthew 25:23
