Every building, big and small, starts somewhere. Whether the lines are etched on paper or designed in a computer program, the process begins with an idea that later becomes a nished project that will be enjoyed for
generations.
LeBatard Architecture’s designs can be seen
throughout the Mississippi Gulf Coast and extending into Fairhope, Alabama, many of which have
become familiar visuals in either area. Here in South Mississippi, both Pav & Broome’s original building and expansion were designed by the LeBatards, as well as the Slavonian Lodge in Biloxi, which has hosted many
a celebration, and the AlphaCare building in Ocean Springs. In downtown Fairhope, the “Italian Village” as it is called has become an Eastern Shore icon.
The minds behind LeBatard Architecture are Michael and Beau LeBatard, a father and son duo and the ultimate design team. “My father became licensed as a registered architect in 1990, accomplishing a long-held dream since his teen years,” said Beau. “He has worked in capacity as partner with several rms, but LeBatard Architecture has become his pride and joy with me
