We all know friends and neighbors who have been hit hard by these tough economic times. As prices in the electric industry continue to rise, there are more Coast Electric members who are in need of assistance in paying their electric bills.
We encourage you to consider contributing to Coast Electric’s Share your Blessings fund. The Share your Blessings fund was established to help support the Emergency Energy Assistance program coordinated by United Way of South Mississippi.
Members who would like to make a special donation to the fund may do so by adding their donation in with their monthly electric bill. Special donations should be made payable to the Share your Blessings fund and may be sent
to any Coast Electric office. The money collected by Coast Electric will then be given to United Way of South Mississippi for distribution to accepted applicants.
Members can also visit www.coastepa.com and view a list of assistance agencies who may help with electric utility payments. All agencies require you to contact them by phone prior to your visit to discuss your needs for financial assistance.

• Buy three gallons of gas.
