GAUTIER MULLET FESTIVAL

Over in Gautier, the Mullet Festival is delightfully fishy and proudly quirky. A mix of small-town charm and seafood celebration, this community bash features a mullet toss, Gulf Coast eats, local music, and more. It’s warm-hearted, and completely worth a detour.

CHRISTMAS IN THE BAY
November 29, Old Town Bay St. Louis
Bay St. Louis kicks off the holiday season with twinkling golf carts, carolers, and Santa himself parading through Old Town. The route ends at the Historic Train Depot for a tree lighting, cocoa, and photos with the Big Guy in Red. It’s cozy, Coastal, and full of hometown cheer.
CHRISTMAS ON THE WATER
December 6, Gulfport & the Mississippi Sound Only the Coast could pull off a floating Christmas parade. Boats decked out in garland and lights cruise the Sound, fireworks shimmer across the water, and the shoreline comes alive with salt-air sparkle. It’s tradition with a tide—and the perfect way to celebrate the holidays.
