Backpack Donation
WaterView Casino Hotel donated many book bags to Good Shepherd Preschool. The backpack drive took place over the summer before the start of school. WaterView General Manager Penny Bankston delivered the donation.

Casinos step in to help after hurricane
GULF COAST — Following Hurricane Helene in September, Gulf Coast casinos stepped up to help. Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort assisted with the City of D’Iberville’s Community Outreach Team bringing supplies and meals to the citizens and first responders in Madison, Florida.

to raise money and
collect supplies
to aid Hurricane
Helene victims in
Florida. In addition to
monetary donations,
crewmembers
collected bottled water, non-perishable food, personal hygiene products, baby wipes and diapers, pet food, cleaning supplies and more. The shipping and receiving crew delivered a truck full of the collected materials.
And, Hard Rock donated two pallets of water to the City of Biloxi, which was delivered to Perry, Florida, by members of the Biloxi police and fire departments. Additionally, Hard Rock’s nonprofit organization, Rockin’ the Coast, donated $2,500 to the North Carolina Community Foundation Relief Fund and another $2,500 to the Gulf Coast Community Foundation of Venice, Florida.
Walk To End Alzheimer’s
Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort was a sponsor of the 2024 Walk to End Alzheimer’s - One Coast, which was held in early October. The D’Iberville property helped raise more than $36,000 for the Alzheimer’s Association. The Scarlet Pearl team included employees, family members, and even a few caring pups.
Delivering School Supplies
Beau Rivage employees delivered school supplies to support local students after collecting essential items, including notebooks, pencils, and backpacks. The Back-to-School Drive was aimed at ensuring children were well-equipped for the school year. Supplies were
delivered to six local schools in three counties along with the Gulf Coast Center for Nonviolence.
