Enjoy cool poolside dining at Tequila’s on the Gulf

BILOXI — There is no denying it’s hot outside, but we found a place to beat the heat and enjoy delicious dining. Tequila’s on the Gulf is Hard Rock Biloxi’s poolside eatery featuring a cool selection of margaritas, frozen drinks and specialty cocktails, plus plenty of hot and spicy favorites, including tacos, fajitas and more.
New to the menu, and
quickly becoming favorites, are the bang
bang shrimp and the
street corn dip. Now,
if you’ve ever had
the popular Mexican
street corn, you know
it’s delicious, but it’s
also a little awkward munching on an ear of
corn. There is nothing awkward about this
corn dip, however.
Made with chipotle
peppers, Cotija cheese,
adobo sauce and sour
cream, it is fabulous
with a bit of heat balanced by the sweet flavor of the roasted corn. The street corn dip is served with fresh
