The Buffet presents a holiday menu the entire weekend. Features include herb-crusted prime rib, crawfish, boiled shrimp, seafood gumbo, grilled sirloin and cherries jubilee. The holiday menu is offered from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. for $49.99 per person. Brunch at The Buffet is available from 8 to 11 a.m. May 25-26, for $32.99 per person, and on May 27, from 8 to 11 a.m. for $16.99 per person.
In Jia, enjoy Char Siu Chinese BBQ ribs with charred green onions and jasmine rice from 4:30 to 10 p.m. May 25-26 for $48.88. And throughout the holiday weekend, The Roasted Bean offers mixed berry upside down cake and The Daiquiri Shop showcases carne asada tacos and margarita cupcakes.
Plus, Beau Rivage invites its hotel guests to the pool deck for holiday weekend pool parties with DJ Hyphee spinning on the pool deck from 1 to 6 p.m. Memorial Day weekend, May 25-27.
