Dining news: New eatery, buffets, prime rib night
Boomtown Casino Biloxi has added to its dining area, a restaurant row featuring sports bar favorites, Asian tastes and quick meals. Pho Boy Asian Fusion has moved to the renovated location next to Stadium Sports Bar & Grill, and newly opened is the BT Grill.
The grill offers hamburgers, po-boys, baked potatoes and fried chicken, along with chicken wings that can be tossed in one of the Boomin’ sauces, including sweet chili, mango-habanero and Carolina reaper pepper.
BT Grill also features 14-inch pizzas, chicken tenders and sandwiches, including the Boomtown club and the grilled or fried chicken sandwich.
Pho Boy offers platters of snow crab or royal red shrimp, as well as a selection of savory pho. In the Stadium Sports Bar, diners can watch live sports action on more than 40 TVs while enjoying hot dogs, burgers and chicken wings. The sportsbook is adjacent to the sports bar.
BT Grill is open daily starting at 11 a.m. Pho Boy and Stadium Sports Bar are open Wednesday through Sunday starting at 11 a.m. (closed Monday and Tuesday).

Hard Rock is hosting an Easter Buffet in the Satisfaction Buffet &
Bar from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for $34.99. Enjoy complimentary champagne
and mimosas along with a complete brunch buffet. Salads, shrimp cocktail, asparagus soup and seafood gumbo are a
few of the starters. At the carving board, dine on pepper-crusted beef strip loin, honey ham, smoked turkey breast and green onion sausage.
Satisfaction favorites feature lemon-dill salmon, Southern fried chicken, farm-raised catfish, grilled pork chops, shrimp Creole, Mississippi pot roast and breaded shrimp. Pork and vegetable egg rolls, house-fried rice, sweet and sour chicken, vegetable lo mein and egg drop soup are a few of the Asian offerings. The buffet also has a
selection of sides, including baked potatoes, grilled asparagus, roasted carrots, garlic mashed potatoes, hush puppies, cheesy risotto, and
boiled corn and red potatoes. And for dessert, jump into white chocolate bread pudding, New York cheesecake, red velvet cake, chocolate
cream pie, peanut butter pie, Southern pecan pie, key lime pie and strawberry shortcake.
Beau Rivage
“Ears” to a great Easter dinner at Beau Rivage, where both Stalla and The Buffet have holiday meals. In Stalla, lamb shank with mint chimichurri ($55) accompanied by fire-roasted root vegetables will be served from 4:30 to 10 p.m. In addition to the special feature, Stalla’s full menu will be available. Reservations are required.
A special Easter menu will be served in The Buffet from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Featured menu items include roasted leg of lamb, glazed ham, oven-roasted potatoes, garlic- scented broccolini and bananas foster. The
