TUNICA — Gold Strike Casino Resort is kicking off the new year with a variety of weekday promotions in January, offering players opportunities to win Rewards Play, gifts, drawings and more.
Mondays feature the $5,000 Resolution Riches Kiosk Game on Mondays, Jan. 5, 12, 19 and 26.
Players who swipe their card between 8 a.m.
and 11:59 p.m. and earn 100 points get the
chance to win up to $5,000 in Rewards Play. Tuesdays bring two kiosk games. The Silver Special Kiosk Game runs on Tuesdays, Jan. 6, 13, 20 and 27. Players who earn 75 points and swipe between 8 a.m. and 11:59 p.m. to participate win up to $15
in Rewards Play or food credit.
The Mystery Point Multiplier Kiosk Game also occurs
on those same Tuesdays. Players swipe between 12 a.m. and 11:59 p.m. for a mystery point multiplier up to 20X.
The New Year, New Gear Gift Series takes place on Wednesdays, with a last chance on Friday Jan. 30. Dates are Wednesday Jan. 7, 14, 21 and 28.

Casino hosts series of three $10,000 slot tournaments
TUNICA — Horseshoe Tunica is home to the $30,000 Slot Tournaments promotion. The casino will host a series of $10,000 slot tournaments in January in this promotion, giving Horseshoe players multiple chances to compete for a share of Free Slot Play prizes on select Wednesdays.
The tournaments are scheduled for Wednesdays, Jan. 7, 14 and 28. Participants can qualify by earning 200 Tier Credits during the earning period, then playing in a $10,000 slot tournament session.
After the initial round, players who earn an additional 200 Tier Credits get another chance to play, with three minutes of slot action to achieve the highest score possible. The top 25 players across sessions will share $10,000 in Free Slot Play.
The schedule for each event day includes earning from 4 to 6 p.m., registration from 3 to 6:30 p.m. at the Promotions Desk, tournament play from 3 to 7 p.m. in the Slot Tournament Area, and awards at 7:45 p.m. at the Promotions Desk.
This competitive special event offers slot enthusiasts at Horseshoe Tunica an exciting opportunity to win rewards and have a lot of fun in a tournament setting with other slots players.
In this series, players earn 150 points to receive a gift. Earn 500 points and get a second gift or $50 in Rewards Play. Pickup isfrom4to9p.m.
Thursdays offer the Earn More, Play More Kiosk Game, excluding Jan. 1, on Thursdays, Jan. 8, 15, 22 and 29. Every 250 points earned awards $15 in Rewards Play or Table Play, with a maximum of 10,000
points.
Also in January, Gold Strike hosts the
exciting $50,000 Whirl + Win Money Machine Drawing on Fridays, Jan. 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30.
In this promotion, players receive one entry for every 100 points earned, with hourly drawings from 6 to 10 p.m. selecting five winners each
hour.
Each week in January ends with the special Get Cookin’
Gift Series on Sundays, Jan. 4, 11, 18 and 25. Players earn 500 points to receive a Top Chef kitchen gadget, such as an egg cooker, juicer, taco bar set or mixer set. Pickup in the earn-and- get promotion is from 4 to 9 p.m.
