New eateries welcomed in 2024
New discounts at Bok Homa’s Red Creek
SANDERSVILLE — Bok Homa Casino celebrated the opening of its new Red Creek Restaurant as well as the casi- no’s recent expansion and 14th anniversary in 2024.
Now there’s another reason to celebrate: Red Creek is of- fering a 30% military discount on Thursdays and a 30% senior discount on Sundays (ages 65 and up). These discounts are off the food portion of the guest check.
Nearing its first anniversary, the restaurant offers a wide va- riety of enticing dishes, including appetizers, soups and salads, burgers and po’ boys, as well as daily plate specials.
Red Creek Restaurant is not only a place to eat, but also a place to celebrate the Choctaw (Chahta) heritage, which in- spired the name of the restaurant. Bok means “creek” and Homa means “red” in the Choctaw language. A creek is illus- trated in the casino’s red-and-white logo.
Red Creek Restaurant is part of an expansion of Bok Homa Casino, which added 7,000 square feet of gaming and enter- tainment space, including a state-of-the-art sportsbook and an entertainment stage.
“At Bok Homa Casino, we are always looking for ways to enhance our guests’ experience and satisfaction. We are proud to introduce Red Creek Restaurant, a new dining destination that offers a variety of dishes to suit every taste and prefer- ence,” said Sonny Johnson, president and CEO. “We invite you
to join us and discover the delicious options that await you.” Bok Homa features about 700 slot machines and eight table games. It is located in Jones County, about 20 miles northeast of Laurel, Mississippi. Bok Homa is a Pearl River Resort casino.
