Crewmembers rewarded for going above, beyond
BILOXI — Treasure Bay Casino and Hotel continues to shine
a spotlight on those who go above and beyond, recognizing top crewmembers for the second quarter of 2025. Nominated by their peers and supervisors, these crewmembers embody the values, service, and spirit of Treasure Bay.
Jenny Ao, dealer, was named Crewmember of the Quarter, and Perry Pinkerton, table games pit manager, was named Supervisor of the Quarter.
Known for her dedication and heart, Ao has been at Treasure Bay for 18 years. “Jenny’s friendly personality, professionalism, and dependability are
strong qualities that
provide a positive experience for our guests to enjoy,” said Casino Shift Manager Luke Parker.
Pinkerton has been a leader at the Biloxi resort for nearly two decades. “Perry goes beyond just managing his pit — he teaches, supports, and lifts others up,” said Parker.

All finalists, including Paul Barrett, Tonya Bean, Mandrell Bradford, Rosemarie Brown, LaWanda Davenport, Cornelious Davis, Paul Ducote, Shemika Durden, Jimmie Smith, Tiffany Smith, Tameka Thomas and Matthew Uhle, were honored with cash prizes and a Treasure Bay gift card.
Ao and Pinkerton also earned engraved trophies, a paid day off, reserved parking, and a chance at the Crewmember of the Year award.

Prized at Scarlet Pearl
Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort employees were honored with awards for April, May and June. Jossette Francis, Cafe cook II, was named Associate of the Month for April. Courtney Maxon, boutique associate, received the honor for May. And, baker Courtney Turan was Associate of the Month for June. Supervisors of the Quarter were Belinda Thompson, beverage supervisor, and Terrance Payton, stewarding supervisor. Associates received prizes, including $500, a hotel night stay, restaurant meals, 24 hours of paid time off and special parking for one month.
