Gulf Coast Penn properties name Aces winners
GULF COAST — Hollywood Casino Gulf Coast and Boomtown Casino Biloxi recently named their first and second quarter Aces of PENN winners. Team members are nominated in the areas of guest service, leadership, community involvement, innovation and for going above and beyond.
Winners at Hollywood Casino for the first quarter of 2025 included William Willis, building maintenance tech; Joseph Napier, player services rep II; Robin Champagne, houseperson; Brady Pauley, table games dealer; and Sierra Dennis, valet runner.
Second quarter Hollywood winners were Jane Smith, player services; Aimee Williams, table games; Di Miller, table games; Caitlyn Dardar, Bogart’s; and Lydia Collura, Celebrity Grill.
At Boomtown Casino, Aces of PENN winners for the first quarter of 2025 were Brent Wilson, hospitality host; Kayla Frazier, assistant food and beverage outlet shift manager; Irene Lehane, security assistant shift manager; Charles Noel, surveillance operator; and Lakisha Matthews, player services rep II.
Second quarter winners at Boomtown were Katie Nguyen, human resources; Joshua Marberry, IT; Ben Petters, shipping and receiving; Drew Mitchell, facilities; and Ben Henderson, poker.

luncheon where winners received prizes.
Bally’s Best
Bally’s Vicksburg named its recent Team Member and Team Leader of the Quarter. Sarah Bowen (above, center), surveillance, was named Team Member of the Quarter, and Robert Short (below, center), financial analyst, was named Team Leader of the Quarter. The winners, pictured with General Manager Derrius Morris and Cassy Muscalino, human resources director, each received a cash award along with special parking, a gift basket and an invitation to the annual awards banquet.
Rockers of the Quarter honored at Hard Rock
BILOXI — Hard Rock celebrated several outstanding employees, known as Rockers,

is very dependable. Employed at Hard Rock for six years, Anderson embodies what the brand stands for in everything she does, said her manager.
Marquitta Madison, reservations, was named Producer of the Quarter. “Marquitta’s journey from call center agent to reservations supervisor and now department manager
is a powerful testament to her dedication, leadership, and growth,” said her manager. Madison has been with Hard Rock for three years.
