Golden Nugget names STARS
BILOXI — Golden Nugget Biloxi recently named its STAR Employees of the Month for the first quarter of 2025. Nominees from several departments were recognized at a special luncheon with the three quarterly winners and three Leaders of the Quarter named.
The first-quarter STAR employees were Trang Nguyen, table games dealer; Geoffrey Hurnyak, maintenance tech II; and Bay Tran, Lillie’s cook II. The Featured Leaders of the Quarter were Inga Lott, Michael Patrick’s assistant manager; Cuong Nguyen, casino floor supervisor; and Claudia Bourgeois, receiving manager.
Nominees included Raymond Ashlock, Destiny Collins, Deborah Macon Greer, Joseph Newby, Robin Jackson, Phillip Harris, Jodene Graham-Gamache, Dawlton Nobles, Thomas Victor, Bentley Taylor, Baney Anglin, Lafayette McDonald, Richard Smart and Aidan Tran.
All winners received a day off with pay, cash, and a resort gift certificate. All are also eligible to be named the Star Employee or Featured Leader of the Year for 2025.

Ameristar Casino Hotel Vicksburg recently named its Aces of PENN winners for the third and fourth quarters of 2024. Receiving the award for the third quarter were Lanette Butler, slots services specialist; Patricia Rankin, laundry attendant; and Stephanie Ward, front desk clerk. Fourth quarter winners were Catina Scott, security officer; Cobey Ross, lead count; Greta Wardley, beverage server; Shirley Gray, EVS attendant; and Soynia Naybors, slots services specialist.

Top Team Member and Coordinator
WaterView Casino Hotel recognized its top team member for the first quarter of 2025. Nancy Lindsey (left), administrative and compliance coordinator, was named Team Member of the Quarter. Pictured with General Manager Penny Bankston, Lindsey received a designated parking space for one year, a cash prize and an award certificate. Lindsey was also recently honored as the 2024 Campaign Coordinator of the Year at the United Way of West Central Mississippi Annual Meeting.
Harlow’s Has Talent
Harlow’s Casino Resort & Spa celebrated its top talent at their fourth quarter 2024 Team Member event. Team Members of the Quarter were Charles Campbell, EVS attendant; and Tanya Watson, casino services representative. Surveillance supervisors Delwanna Gearring and Cedricka Ledlow were named Team Leaders of the Quarter. They each received a plaque and cash award.
