Casinos go pink for breast cancer awareness
MISSISSIPPI — Every October, people across the country show their support for those affected by breast cancer. The month has been named National Breast Cancer Awareness Month in an effort to get more people mindful of the disease, along with understanding of early detection steps, locating available resources and realizing fundraising possibilities.
Mississippi casinos show their support for breast cancer awareness in a number of ways, including displaying pink ribbons in select areas, turning table felts and casino lights pink, offering pink drink and much more.
Here are a few of the happenings during National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

addition to the special menu, the lounge will transform from its usual blue hue to a bold pink in a show of support for all
those affected by this disease. Additionally, two Treasure Bay venues will add special pink items to their regular menus. The Cove and Infinity Buffet will have cupcakes, fudge, cookies and candied apples. Proceeds from all Pink Menu sales will
benefit the American Cancer Society.
Magnolia Bluffs
