MISSISSIPPI — Kiosk games, cash prizes and turkeys have one thing in common. They are all part of Thanksgiving fun at the casinos. Carter Green Steakhouse has a Thanksgiving meal sure to delight. Start the meal with either lobster bisque or steakhouse salad. For the entrée, choose roast pork tenderloin with jus, cranberry
and 11 p.m. to play the kiosk game for a chance to win up to $1,000 in Power Play.
Island View Casino
Island View Casino Resort has a cornucopia of cash prizes to offer during the Thanks for the Cash Giveaway. On Thursday, Nov. 28, one winner will be randomly chosen from Island View and Beach View casinos every 15 minutes from 3 to 7:45 p.m. to win $250 in
compote, sweet potato mash and asparagus or a double oyster Rockefeller with asparagus and hollandaise sauce ($35). For the finale, indulge with a warm peach tart with vanilla ice cream. This Thanksgiving special is available from 5 to 10 p.m.
In Prime Cut enjoy a Thanksgiving meal that begins with a choice of either a wedge salad with bacon and bleu cheese or the house special table-side spinning salad. Choose an entrée of either soft shell crab scampi pasta and asparagus or roast turkey dinner with dressing, giblet
gravy and cranberry sauce with green beans ($30).
Hazelnut crunch with spiced cream and caramel is served for dessert. This special is offered 5 to 10 p.m.
