What would you like our readers to know about your business? The Real Estate Industry is booming but that doesn’t mean getting the sale
is easy. Being an Agent is hard work and it presents a new challenge every day. It’s very rewarding when I am able to fit the pieces of the puzzle together and find the right property for the right people.
What do you like best about what you do? I’m not just an “agent” and the people are not just “clients.” I learn as much
as I can about my clients so I can find their dream home or property. I truly care about the people I am working with and they become an extension of my family. Helping people is what
I enjoy the most and I get to do that a lot in this business.
What sets your business apart from others in the same field?
I would have to say building customer relationships and marketing. It’s not just about
the commission for me, and
my clients are not just another number. It’s about helping others. I try to get creative about marketing strategy to sell my client’s property. I work tirelessly to get my client’s property sold and/or find the right fit for my clients who are looking for a property. Whether they are looking for a camp, a lot, a starter home, or their dream home, I will not stop until I find what they are looking for.
I go out of my way to ensure my clients are prepared for the sale or purchase of their new home. Every day I do the same thing but it is different depending on
whom I am working with. I love helping them stage their home for photo shoots, strategizing with them on what will get their place noticed, taking them around to look at properties that suit their personalities and needs...
As a child, what did you dream of becoming when you grew up? Strangely enough, I always knew I would do something with development. I’m not great at putting my vision on a sketchpad but I can paint a word picture that makes properties come to life.
Real Estate gives me the opportunity to do what I dreamt of as a child in that I get to help others develop their dreams. I enjoy taking an old house and turning it into something new. I get to share design ideas with
my clients that will enhance the home or lot they are trying to sell as well as help my clients who are looking to purchase a home or lot design or decorate their new property.
Tell us about one valuable lesson you learned along the way: Trust your instincts and
a little customer service goes
a long way. There’s a lot of competition out there but if you build good relationships with people whether they are with other agencies or they are your customers, the business will thrive. I will always do what
is right for the client. If I can’t help the client, I will get them to someone who can.
