IN BUSINESS
What would you like our readers to know about your business? We are a 92-year-old family wholesale and full line vending company.
What do you like best about what you do?
We service mom & pop stores, casinos, schools, churches and walk-in sales. We are the largest vending service in our southern area. Good service is our motto.
What sets your business apart from others in the same field? We’re an old business but we’re up to date on electronics and that seems to please our customers.
As a child, what did you dream of becoming when you grew up? I loved drama and thought I would excel in that field but soon realized that business was in my blood and wanted to show my father and family a woman can
run a business successfully.
Tell us about one valuable lesson you learned along the way:
My father taught me to give of yourself and it would come back to you not in material ways but in feeling good about yourself.
Is there anything you would change to make the Coast better?
With my three children in the
business— daughter Elisa running the vending part of the business; John III running the warehouse part, the buying and getting products to customers; and Todd with this financial back ground I feel the company will go on for many many years.
