Voted as America’s most Instagrammed restaurant, Sugar Factory American Brasserie has brought its over-the-top sweets to Biloxi with its 28th location now open in Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. The three-in-one restaurant, bar and candy shop enjoyed a candy-filled grand opening at the end of March featuring Nick Cannon, DJ, comedian and host of
MTV’s Wild ’N Out. Cannon even took over the DJ booth and kept the sweet party going all night long.
Located just off the gaming floor and open 24/7, Sugar Factory’s 5,500-square-foot confectionary features its signature floor-to-ceiling candy wall with more than 500 types of candy, including a selection of novelty and bulk candy. Guests can buy a few pieces of the sweet treats or really stock up and fill a logo’d container with chocolates, gummies, jelly beans and more.
In addition to the endless candy options, the café offers coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate, freshly baked pastries, homemade gelato and ice cream. The dining room, lined with red leather banquettes, crystal chandeliers and antique brass accents, seats 120 guests. The eatery also features a private dining area, with seating up to 24, for special events and large parties.
Sugar Factory’s menu features signature items, including monster burgers, specialty pizzas, savory crepes and salads. Legendary desserts include the King Kong Sundae, serving up to 12 people with 24 scoops of ice cream topped with sprinkles, gummy bears, caramel sauce, fudge sauce and giant pops.
George Papanier, president and
chief executive officer of Twin River Management Group, the ownership group for Hard Rock Biloxi, said they were excited to have Sugar Factory in their Biloxi property. “The Sugar Factory experience provides something for everyone — a place where all generations can come together to dine, drink and celebrate in this new, unique space.”
Sugar Factory also features a full- service bar that seats 12 and provides full menu service complete with Sugar Factory’s signature 64 oz. alcohol- infused smoking candy goblets like the Watermelon Patch featuring Pitbull’s Voli 305 Vodka and sour watermelon gummies,
and the Lollipop
