FIRM NAME:
Cassidy Anderson Law, PLLC
PRIMARY AREA OF PRACTICE:
Personal Injury, Family Law and Investment Fraud
LOCATION:
2409 14th St., Gulfport 228.206.5758
WHO: Cassidy Anderson
You could say that Cassidy Anderson is competitive, which is a great trait to have as an attorney. He pursued a career in law because he has the drive to compete, but most importantly, to win. “You need two things in order to have an opportunity to win: a game to play and someone to play it against. A court case has both,” remarked Anderson.
After graduating from Jacksonville State University with a degree in Political Science, Anderson earned his Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law. Since then, he has practiced law for 12 years.
While his main areas of practice are personal injury, family law and
investment fraud, Anderson considers himself a trial lawyer saying, “I have successfully litigated both jury and bench trials, as well as represented investors before the Financial Industry Regulatory Association. I have also handled cases involving international issues and have recovered millions of dollars for personal injury victims and investors.”
Prior to entering private practice, Anderson spent a year clerking for the Honorable Vicki Barnes, Chancellor of the 9th District of Mississippi.
His professional af liations include
the Mississippi Bar Association, Alabama Bar Association, Louisiana Bar Association, New Orleans Bar
Association, and the Family Law Section of the Mississippi Bar.
The most rewarding part of the job for Anderson is getting to share in joyous, burden-lifting experiences
with his clients. “My favorite part of this job is the energy that you feel when a child is adopted, or when a fellow injured in a car accident gets the compensation he needs to catch back up on his mortgage or to pay for much needed medical treatment.”
Anderson has been married to Crystal, a remarkably beautiful and brilliant woman, for fteen years and likes to spend his time away from court traveling to wherever it is she wants to go.
