When it comes to embellishing creative cakes, there’s nothing the skilled decorator at Fleur de Lis can’t handle. Unlike many other bakeries that use fondant to help create their more elaborate cakes, Fleur de Lis chooses to use frosting alone. Not
only are they able to accomplish an amazingly beautiful cake with this technique, but the cake will taste just as good as it looks. For owners Jason and Jessie Brewer, it’s about taste first and looks second.
