Since Fidelis Realty opened its doors in 2009, the brokerage has become a household name. “Our goal is to be known as the real estate company on the Mississippi Gulf Coast,” says Owner and Broker Nicole Nezat. “We have worked tirelessly to build lasting relationships to that end.”
Born and raised in South Mississippi, Nezat has spent her 20 years in real estate sharing her love of the Gulf Coast with her clients. “I am deeply committed to our community and enjoy participating in Coast events,” Nezat says. “The Coast has grown over the years, but its family-friendly atmosphere and community focus has continued to be one of its biggest draws.”
When she started Fidelis Realty, Nezat knew she wanted a boutique-style brokerage that was able to o er their clients their complete attention. “When working with a Fidelis agent, you are not a client; you are a part of our family,” she said. “We enjoy walking through this process with our clients, getting to know their personal tastes, understanding their individual needs, and helping them meet their real estate goals.”
Nezat is known for her passion for helping others – not
just her clients, but her agents as well. “In addition to the attention I give to my clients, helping agents achieve their own success is another passion of mine,” she says. “There
is no ‘I’ in team and I truly believe that. Fidelis stands for loyalty and honesty, and I believe our agents understand that when they come to work with our company.”
In the past year, Nezat has sold two franchises of Fidelis Realty. “I am excited about these new brokerages that share the same vision of success with me,” Nezat said of the franchises. “As brokers, we work tirelessly for our agents and clients to build a name that is associated with integrity. I hope to carry this standard of character into all future endeavors.”
